With its 37 m² spread over two levels, the Junior Mezzanine Suite is ideal for stays with family or friends. The main 25 m² area offers the same features as our Junior Suite, while the 12 m² mezzanine provides an additional sleeping space for optimal comfort.

This generous layout comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, while preserving charm, functionality and privacy.

The suite features two king-size beds , with twin beds available on request, as well as a modern walk-in shower. A DVD player is also available for your entertainment.

The Deluxe Suite
 

With a generous 32 m² of space, the Deluxe Suite can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to its two double sleeping areas: a main bed and a comfortable sofa bed.

Elegantly decorated and fully equipped, it offers high-quality accommodation for both holidaymakers and business travelers visiting Nice.

The suite includes a double bed, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub. A dishwasher is also available for added everyday convenience.

With 44 m² spread over two levels (32 m² on the lower floor and 12 m² on the mezzanine), the Deluxe Mezzanine Suite offers high-quality amenities and a refined living experience.

Perfect for up to 4 guests, it features two double beds, with twin bed setup available on request, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower or bathtub, and a dishwasher for added convenience.

The decor is elegant and contemporary, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere. A DVD player is also provided for your leisure moments.

Perfect for families or friends, the suite includes two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. Twin beds can be arranged on request to suit your preferences. It is also equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a dishwasher, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay.

Offering a very pleasant view of the Palais de Justice of Nice, this suite immerses you in a setting that is both central and peaceful.

The Prestige Mezzanine Suite
 

The largest suite at Palais Saleya spans 80 m² across two levels: 60 m² on the lower floor and 20 m² on the mezzanine. This generous layout comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests — perfect for families or groups of friends.

It features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. Twin beds can be arranged on request to suit your preferences. The suite includes two bathrooms, two toilets, a shower, a bathtub, a dishwasher and a DVD player.

One of its greatest highlights is the stunning view of the cobblestoned, pedestrian-only Palais de Justice square — a charming setting right in the heart of Old Nice.
